I did 25# kettle ball swings and 45# bar push press.
50 reps, 40 reps, 30, reps, 20 reps, 10 reps Done in 33:02. Now let me tell you I had major stomach issues (ie.the run for the hills stomach issues) and managed to get through it. I’m proud of myself for that cuz I was feeling like shit!
Not bad for a skinny 5’6 125LB girl. :)
